At Shaheerknows, all purchases are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances once an order has been placed and payment has been successfully processed.

• We maintain a strict no refund policy on all orders.
• Once payment is completed, it is considered final and non-reversible.

2. Payment Gateway

• All payments made via online payment gateways (including PayFast or any other provider) are non-refundable.
• Customers are advised to review their order details carefully before completing the payment.

3. Exceptions

• Refunds will not be provided for:
  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect selection by the customer
  • Delay in service usage (if applicable)

• In case of any issue with your order, customers may contact our support team.
