What is the best way to use the Dream Cast audio?

Play the track at 10–20% volume on loop, especially:

  • At night, as you fall asleep (ideal).
  • During the day while working, relaxing, or doing daily activities.

 The more consistent the exposure, the stronger the subconscious effect.
Can I use the same Dream Cast Soundtrack every month?

No. Each track is programmed specifically for a particular month (e.g., August 2025). Listening to a past month’s track will not be effective. That’s why a new track is released every month to keep your manifestation cycle in sync.
